Packaging affects retail presentation, labeling compliance, carton efficiency and the condition of molded footwear after transport. It should be approved with the product rather than left until the end of production.
Ask for a packing mock-up or sample when the order uses a new retail box, hanger, insert or assortment method.
Choose the retail pack deliberately
Polybags are compact and cost-efficient, while individual boxes offer stronger presentation and protection at a higher cost and carton volume. Belly bands, hangtags and labels can create a branded first-order solution without committing to a high printed-box minimum.

Prevent deformation in transit
EVA footwear should not be packed under uncontrolled compression. Confirm how pairs are nested, whether straps are secured and how many pairs fit in a master carton without distorting the shape.
Carton testing and storage conditions may be relevant for long routes or hot climates. Inspect packed cartons as well as unpacked products.
Master carton and shipping marks
The packing list, carton assortment and printed marks must agree. Define model, color, size ratio, quantity, carton number, dimensions, gross weight and destination marks before packing starts.
